Return Policy

We accept returns only on unworn, unused, undamaged items in original saleable conditions they were sent to you. We try our very best to inspect all items for quality control. We also do our best to give the full and correct description of items on our listings so as to guide the buyers in choosing the right items for them.

If the buyer wishes to return the item because it is unsuitable, damaged or needs to exchange for another item, the buyer should please return via:

All these shipping labels can be purchased at any Post Office or Online at .

Any item that is returned with fault or damages, used and not in original condition as was sold will be sent back to the buyer and not refunded. 

The return must be made within 28 days of receiving the item.

Please write your return address on the back of your parcels.

Return of Unsuitable Items

If the buyer wishes to return the item because it is unsuitable, the buyer pays for return. All items must be sent within 28 days of receiving the item with a copy of the item invoice or write a note stating their order number and the reason for return as unsuitable.

We will inspect the item upon receipt and refund the buyer within 7 days if we are satisfied with the returns. However, if we were not satisfied after inspecting the item and it was found to be damaged, faulty, used, worn with sweat marks, has perfume stains/smells, we will send it back to the buyer unrefunded

Return of Damaged/Faulty Items

If the item arrived damaged or faulty, the buyer should contact us via email:, with photos showing the faults/damage. The buyer can then send back the item to our return address after the 'Return request approval' The return must be made within 28 days of receipt. 

The buyer should email their tracking number and keep their receipt safe. If for any reason, we didn't receive the item, the buyer can claim back their funds from Royal Mail with their proof of posting, tracking numbers included. If we receive the item the buyer will be refunded the full postage cost and item cost or exchange the item, whichever was agreed between the buyer and us.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, the buyer pays for return. We recommend re-ordering the size/colour you want and returning the one that you don't want immediately for a refund. This ensures that we have the stock available for you and avoids disappointment. 

Please note: we cannot accept any returns on underwear, lingerie and jewellery for health and hygiene reasons.

We are a small business and cannot afford to bear any unnecessary loss/losses that was not incurred by us or not caused by our own negligence. Our prices are already very competitive with low profit margins, so we would appreciate you supporting our business by not incurring unnecessary losses for us especially in these hard times (post covid lockdown where lots of companies are folding up and struggling to survive).

We will not accept any returns after 28 days of the buyer receiving the item and also will not be liable for any returns that were not received. We will only refund items received.
