Why do some clothes have cut labels?

To prevent returns to the high street shop, some of our end of line clothing has the label carefully removed. All of the instructions to clean and care for your clothing will remain intact.

Can I return clothing?

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. If your item doesn’t fit, we will happily exchange the item, provided you can send the item back to us. We understand how frustrating it can be purchasing an item that is too small or big, so we add measurements to all of our product descriptions.
